TRUSTING JESUS WITH YOUR RESOURCES

Trusting Jesus with your resources can be hard. When you have been stretched to the end of your rope and your back is against the wall it gets harder to trust that Jesus will come through for you.

Simon had to trust Jesus with his resources. It wasn’t easy but he did it. Simon had been fishing all night but caught nothing. Jesus saw Simon from afar and asked if he could borrow Simon’s boat. Don’t miss it. The boat was Simon’s primary operating tool for his fishing enterprise. The boat was how Simon made his money.

Simon trusted Jesus with this. Simon then obeys a very odd instruction. Jesus tells Simon to launch out into the deep and let down the nets for a catch. Did you see that? Simon was in a crazy situation, he received a crazy instruction, and he trusted Jesus with his resources.

You too may be in a crazy situation but Jesus wants you to trust him with your resources. Jesus has the power to bless your resources beyond your ability! If you are believing for a breakthrough trust Jesus with your resources today.

Scripture then concludes that after trusting Jesus with his resources they caught so many fish the nets began to break! Did you see that? The nets that were empty are now bursting open with overflow. Where are you coming up empty? We believe Jesus has the power to break the nets in your life.

We believe for a net breaking anointing in your life as you trust Jesus with your resources today.

Let’s pray. Lord Jesus we trust you. We trust you with our resources. We believe that you will break through in every area of our lives. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
